Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Trawler we are committed to providing an exceptional fishing boat expense management experience. If you find it necessary to cancel your subscription or request a refund, we’ve outlined our policy below:

Subscription Cancellation:

You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time directly within the Trawler app. Your access to the app and its features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility:

A refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of your subscription purchase.

Refund Process:

      • To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@tollr.in

      • Include your full name, email address associated with the account, and a brief reason for the refund request.

      • Each refund request will be individually reviewed and processed.

    Non-Refundable Scenarios:

        • Refunds will not be issued for requests made after the specified refund eligibility period.

        • We do not provide refunds for any used portion of a subscription.

        • Refunds for subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., app stores) must adhere to their respective refund policies.
